As it turned out, the vacuums were on the back side of the sign, but there were actual baby products on the other side. Which is disappointing, as for a minute there I had this idea that in Japanese homes, they put the infants to work cleaning up after themselves, which sounds absolutely wonderful to me. Leaving the Burlington Marriott on Sunday July 11, we saw two red-tailed hawks flying directly overhead. They settled on a corner of the hotel., and I got some decent pictures of them.
There were one or more smaller birds in train with them, and my friends thought the hawks were hunting. However, they don't seem to be eating.

Then we spotted a small bird on the roof with the remaining hawk. This cheeky house finch was dancing around, flapping its wings.
My friends thought it was a bord with a death wish, but I'm convinced that the smaller birds were actually chasing the hawks away from their nesting area. Ed Gaillard posted a photo:

Some of them topped out at around $400. The one we used to have was a simple aluminum pot with one button: press it to start, press it again to finish, et voila. Chris Devers posted a photo: Chris Devers posted a photo:
And there I was thinking the appeal of Hello Kitty was confusing, what's the deal with the popularity of these erasers?
